CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know at least by 5 PM PST the day prior to your scheduled lesson. To cancel or reschedule, please make sure to email the email@example.com or call (424) 258-5877 and make sure to leave a voice mail with your child's name. The voice mail will be automatically transcribed in email form as well. If we don’t receive a voice mail or email by 5pm the day before your lesson is scheduled, your lesson will be forfeited. All lessons must be used within 5 weeks of your first scheduled lesson. If there is a no call no show, at the 30 mins mark, the coach will leave and you will be charged for the lesson.
EXPIRATION OF THE SESSION
After your paid trial lesson we offer sessions of (4) lessons. Your lessons will be ongoing once, or more times per week, depending on what we have decided and confirmed via e-mail. Your lesson/s will be on the same day and time every week, unless we have rescheduled otherwise via e-mail. (All this communication must be via email only).
You will have a primary coach and in case he/she has an emergency, we will do our best to have another coach fill in. If the primary coach is unavailable, there will be no extension of time to complete your lessons within the 5 week period. All our coaches are trained by THE SKATESIDE.
If you arrive late for a lesson, the lesson will end at it’s scheduled time and only the remainder of the time will be used.
CANCELING DUE TO SICKNESS/INJURY
If your child has a severe sickness or injury that requires more than 5 weeks to recover, please email us a doctor note. You will receive an extension of (3) months to complete your session.
CANCELING DUE TO WEATHER
In case of rain or wet skate park, we will contact you by email at least an hour ahead to time to cancel. A rained out lesson will be rescheduled. It’s not a forfeited lesson.
