Safety equipment includes:
HELMET - A proper fitting helmet should fit above the brow of the skater and the side straps should make triangles around the left and right ear.
MOUTH GUARD (optional)
IMPORTANT: Please check you child's equipment when dropping off and picking up to make sure they are going home and leaving with all their equipment.
Students unwilling to keep safety equipment on while skateboarding may be removed from camp for being unsafe.
The recommended skateboard for camp is a two tailed skateboard. These skateboards are best for skatepark use. Penny boards and long boards are great for cruising but very challenging to do tricks with. Please visit our online store to view what a two tailed skateboard looks like.
